But the beauty of the P90X system offers people the power to choose which part they want to see or have improvements first. With this system, different people can begin at different parts. This is contrary to the trainings in the gym wherein the sequence of the modules is already set.
In shaping the body, one needs to observe his or her shape in great details. You should be able to pin point which parts needs the most development and which ones require only improvement. By doing this, one can determine which body parts he or she should start working out.
With the PX90 workout, one can easily select and start with the module based from his or her overall body assessment. From there, you can shape your body by building on specific muscle groups one at a time. This concept is similar to building a house by putting blocks one by one.
By building on each muscle group at a time, the person can readily see the results. Piece by piece, the look of a better body shape is revealed one set after another. This means that the effectivity of this workout is not only seen at the end of the 3rd month period but rather on each end of every muscle set as you move along and hence, see the worth of the money invested on it.
